Awareness a Key to Transformation

We can all idle without purpose in life, not living fully. Most of us can identify, knowing this state as autopilot. Our awareness is dimmed to a point where we only step back into life when needed. Often getting pulled back to stressful or triggering situations and we are forced to engage.

So what’s wrong with lacking awareness and living life this way? Not a thing, “free will” is the greatest gift we are giving as humans, allowing us to choose how to live. There is no right, or wrong.

If we choose to live an aware life, we are forced to sense and feel at a deeper level. To be in every moment, taking it all in, not always knowing or understanding the intricate details we may see.

Awareness allows us to see and gather up bits and pieces of our life experiences knowing them better. This ongoing level of sensation can lead to deeper levels of understanding, providing helpful guidance.

Awareness brings moments of hard work as we discover more about ourselves, sometimes things we would rather not know or deal with. This perseverance shows us that the light we shine through awareness strengthens us.

Like with many things, the work we put in leaves us with something to show for our efforts. When we discover the reality behind what we are doing and why it can lead to different decisions and choices. Often bringing unexpected gains, leaving us more excited about everything we engage with.

If we learn through awareness to care for ourselves and our world differently, so many things can be transformed.

We can look at emotions, cravings, drama and so much more with compassion towards ourselves. Understanding each moment as a chance to grow and expand differently. Each moment can be a sanctuary where peace is embraced.

As we grow through a brave window of openness and understanding, it’s much easier to see others for who they truly are. To witness the heaviness we all carry not as a legacy but as a reason to hold each other more closely, without judgment.

The strength created in knowing our truth is knowing the light raining on and around us. We literally cannot harm in moments of full awareness, it’s not possible.

Use your “free will” wisely, honoring yourself in the best possible light. The rest will take care of itself.
