The Magic of Mushrooms

I know quite a bit about the magical properties of mushrooms.

I know quite a bit about the magical properties of mushrooms. The healing potentials many mushrooms have and the benefit their root systems (mycelium) provide to ecosystems they touch.

What I didn’t know about mushrooms but was shown recently in a “dream state,” is how they fully engage with all of nature and humanity.

In this vision, I was shown a simple mushroom on a lush forest floor. It was sitting amongst beautiful tall pines with just the perfect amount of light to illuminate it fully. The scene was as if a movie set had been created just for me and for this demonstration.

Expanding the Light Body

Is your life experience “trippy” these days?

Many minuet things in my day-to-day experience are off, and collectively they create a very trippy reality. Sometimes this experience is well understood other times it can be challenging to manage and enjoy.

Here are some examples;

I notice distance and height are off, or my perception is. When reaching for something I sense it being closer or further from my hand, or when a counter or cupboard seems low or high. When taking a group of steps toward something well known to me, I may find my steps awkwardly longer or shorter getting there.

The Veil (a message from the guides)

This morning I was given a message about the Veil. They said “It’s like a governor or set of filters” and they used the analogy of a database for me, with the veil between me and the database.

“The veil is there to protect you and help you manage an energetic presence on earth.”

Then they provide this example. If a tree falls in the forest, does anyone hear it? Then said “You would hear it, but it’s veiled” Going on to say “The earth plane is too heavy and dense for you to know all of it. Things have to be filtered, unlike other experiences you have known elsewhere.”

Winter Tapestries

This story is about a beautiful boreal (style) forest in Nepean (Ontario). It was a cold, wet day in March and I was walking with our dog, who always tags along.

This forest has many interesting features and many mysteries. If you’re quiet and listening, she will share her magic and tell her stories.

On this particular afternoon, I was in a low-lying area on the eastern edge of the forest. It was raining lightly after a bit of mild weather that had thawed some of the snow cover, bringing fresh water into the basins and creaks, filling puddles along the trail.

What is a Spiritual Path?

So what is the deal with being on a spiritual path? Does it mean that you are a different person, somehow totally different from the person you were before you connected with spirit, however this happened for you?

Not really.

What it meant for me, was that I started to see things about life differently and over time became more able to hold this knowledge (knowing) without question.

Everyone’s path will be different, and if like many you are living a more open and loving experience you have expanded and now know your world differently. You are not a new person and yet this expansion might take others by surprise.

Personal growth regardless of how it happens or what the reason will always bring new found passion and in the case of spiritual growth awareness.

If our life path brings us joy and happiness without a need for external validation or material compensation we have found inner peace.

In a space where we love our-self fully and can look beyond hate, seeing the world and all beings as our friends and family we have expanded.

We are not different people, but do see and feel differently about our life experience.

So regardless of the path you are on today, remember to embrace whatever you are seeing and sensing, and let those around you be who they are.

We are all in different places and this is a good thing. Being different offers us an invitation to evolve in way that otherwise wouldn’t have happened.

So, walk your path with care and kindness, always listening for the silent teachers who are always around us offering to help expand our lives.
