Family Style

I recently returned from a 16-day trip to the United States, visiting 11 states and districts.

From our first step(s) south, there was an easy feeling that continued for the remainder of our trip.

Why is this notable? Because from where I live in Canada, the US is portrayed as a nation in crisis, divided on every level, yet this was not my experience.

I’ve struggled to write about my experience because so much information wanted to be expressed, yet the story was not complicated. Boiling syrup to get something sweet has been my challenge.

It forced looking at America and feeling into this brotherly dynamic we share. Looking at the deep roots that connect us and how we’ve grown to become who we are.

We are both free and sovereign nations, yet we express our freedom and liberty quite differently.

What I was expecting to see in the US were cracks in the fabric of this deeply patriotic nation and yet there were seemingly none. Back home in Canada cracks are everywhere, so what was happening?

Different Stripes (message from the guides)

Earlier this week I received this message

The initial words the guides provided were “Don’t overlook the importance of working folk, the people who get dirty for a living. These people are the muscle behind what gets done and we praise their hard work. Without this strength and charisma, your world would be very different. You need to understand this so you don’t lose it.”

When I heard this I smiled. Blue collar hands-on jobs were always fun for me. You knew the people around you and could feel into their lives, there were no secrets. You knew when someone needed support and it was offered wholeheartedly. Material things rarely meant much but everything else did.

In recent years without the same capacity in manufacturing, I re-trained and shifted gears leading to a completely different dimension of work. I missed the big booming personalities on the shop floor of which I was one.

The guides continued, showing me people waiting for buses, carrying their lunch, and sitting peacefully looking forward to the day ahead. They showed me a very independent group who had the strength and ferocity to live without complaint. These people know who they are, what they stand for when to bust a friend’s balls, and when to stand down.

All of Us

I’m back from 2 weeks in the United States.

The trip was amazing! So many messages came in.

Today, I can share something that came in as a direct message.

Part of my trip led me to some large cities and the downtown core. Normally I would resist being in large cities, especially downtown, but there was something there to witness.

People were coming and going, looking at phones, trying to get places, and not seeming to experience much of what I consider the totality or expansiveness of life or the world around them. At first, I was curious to watch, and then I felt saddened.

What I saw over and over was a working machine that I couldn’t understand. People were the inner workings of this machine. The buildings around us were built to allow a machine to operate, to master the art of doing.

We Are the World (a message from the guides)

We Are the World artists in a group

This week I watched “The Greatest Night in Pop” on Netflix. And it created the opening for a message I would like to share.

First off, most of you will not know the profound impact music has on me. It’s God’s way of speaking directly to my soul and heart. Many of you may know this yourself.

When I turned on this video I almost immediately had tears in my eyes, and this continued throughout. This documentary looks at the creation of the song “We Are the World.”

I was in my twenties when this all went down. My girlfriend worked at the big FM station in town and I had the inside to everything music. It was a magical time for me as a music fan but it went much deeper as this documentary reminded me. It was a time when people put up their hands and said count me in. It happened slowly, one hand at a time, eventually becoming a global movement.

Fear (a message from the guides)

Recently I was given some very profound information while also being reminded of a major concept most of us push to the side or may not fully understand.

I was visiting a local hospital and on the way out, stopped for a coffee. It was the dinner hour and eerily quiet. Something in my peripheral vision grabbed my attention. I allowed this to expand and realized it was an energy pattern across the corridor. It wasn’t sure what this energy wanted or was trying to say, it just seemed dull and lifeless.

My first reaction was to call in my teams for more protection and shielding, given the energy in hospitals.

Expanding the Light Body

Is your life experience “trippy” these days?

Many minuet things in my day-to-day experience are off, and collectively they create a very trippy reality. Sometimes this experience is well understood other times it can be challenging to manage and enjoy.

Here are some examples;

I notice distance and height are off, or my perception is. When reaching for something I sense it being closer or further from my hand, or when a counter or cupboard seems low or high. When taking a group of steps toward something well known to me, I may find my steps awkwardly longer or shorter getting there.

The Veil (a message from the guides)

This morning I was given a message about the Veil. They said “It’s like a governor or set of filters” and they used the analogy of a database for me, with the veil between me and the database.

“The veil is there to protect you and help you manage an energetic presence on earth.”

Then they provide this example. If a tree falls in the forest, does anyone hear it? Then said “You would hear it, but it’s veiled” Going on to say “The earth plane is too heavy and dense for you to know all of it. Things have to be filtered, unlike other experiences you have known elsewhere.”

Mastery

In the past few days and weeks, I have experienced several interesting concepts. Some of them appeared as dreams, while others were in the form of visions or thoughts. What they all have in common is that I seem to possess a higher level of knowledge and proficiency in areas where I had little or no expertise before.

In a dream, I was given a trumpet by a group of musicians who also played horns. Not knowing a thing about this instrument, I put it down laughingly. After much prompting, I picked up the trumpet and soon was the best player, leading and composing amazing groves and riffs within the group.

Connections

A strong message came through recently about connection (or) our “Disconnections”.

So here it is.

Don’t take any of this personally. We’ve all been disconnected at some point, myself included. What’s great is that we can recover and to a place so positive and healing we wonder what took us so long!

Here’s the thing, if we don’t do this now and get this right we run the risk of truly loosing ourselves.

If we lose our connection to nature, our connection to ourselves, our connection to each, we will be completely lost!

Our Connection to Nature

Nature is meant to be part of us and part of our daily life. If we live in cities we run the risk of never knowing nature. We may never know how or food is grown or understand how the meats we purchase in grocery stores comes to be, how these animals live and die.  We may never walk on the earth barefoot or witness a night sky free of light pollution.

Sound of Freedom

Based on a true story, this film masterfully connects the audience with a world unknown to many.

It brings much needed attention to the world of child trafficking, abuse and slavery. It’s the tip of the iceberg and it’s understandable most will not want to watch it. “Trailer

This film is horror, real life horror. It’s a horror that needs to be seen, and acknowledged.

Watching “Sound of Freedom” or digging deep in the world of child enslavement is critical to being apart of the solution that brings its end.

Until all children are free, mankind is toiling in the same dirt that dishonors and disregards the most cherished part of us.

The Children (all children) must not only be free, but honored for the light which they are. They are the brightest light(s) in our world today and not a single child should be allowed to suffer. To allow this, goes against all religious doctrines, morality and Universal Law.

To stand up for and beside our most innocent selves, the children. It may be the most important and meaningful action you’ll every take.
