Expanding the Light Body

Is your life experience “trippy” these days?

Many minuet things in my day-to-day experience are off, and collectively they create a very trippy reality. Sometimes this experience is well understood other times it can be challenging to manage and enjoy.

Here are some examples;

I notice distance and height are off, or my perception is. When reaching for something I sense it being closer or further from my hand, or when a counter or cupboard seems low or high. When taking a group of steps toward something well known to me, I may find my steps awkwardly longer or shorter getting there.

The Veil (a message from the guides)

This morning I was given a message about the Veil. They said “It’s like a governor or set of filters” and they used the analogy of a database for me, with the veil between me and the database.

“The veil is there to protect you and help you manage an energetic presence on earth.”

Then they provide this example. If a tree falls in the forest, does anyone hear it? Then said “You would hear it, but it’s veiled” Going on to say “The earth plane is too heavy and dense for you to know all of it. Things have to be filtered, unlike other experiences you have known elsewhere.”

Winter Tapestries

This story is about a beautiful boreal (style) forest in Nepean (Ontario). It was a cold, wet day in March and I was walking with our dog, who always tags along.

This forest has many interesting features and many mysteries. If you’re quiet and listening, she will share her magic and tell her stories.

On this particular afternoon, I was in a low-lying area on the eastern edge of the forest. It was raining lightly after a bit of mild weather that had thawed some of the snow cover, bringing fresh water into the basins and creaks, filling puddles along the trail.

Is Nature Changing

Cardinal (bird) sitting in a snowy tree

We witness ourselves change but do we see all the changes happening all around us?

I am fascinated with nature and always trying to bring it closer to home. Sometimes to close!

This is why I feed birds all year round. There’s nothing better than hearing songbirds in summer or watching a pair of tiny sparrows play in the snow of a hedge.

Connections

A strong message came through recently about connection (or) our “Disconnections”.

So here it is.

Don’t take any of this personally. We’ve all been disconnected at some point, myself included. What’s great is that we can recover and to a place so positive and healing we wonder what took us so long!

Here’s the thing, if we don’t do this now and get this right we run the risk of truly loosing ourselves.

If we lose our connection to nature, our connection to ourselves, our connection to each, we will be completely lost!

Our Connection to Nature

Nature is meant to be part of us and part of our daily life. If we live in cities we run the risk of never knowing nature. We may never know how or food is grown or understand how the meats we purchase in grocery stores comes to be, how these animals live and die.  We may never walk on the earth barefoot or witness a night sky free of light pollution.

Sound of Freedom

Based on a true story, this film masterfully connects the audience with a world unknown to many.

It brings much needed attention to the world of child trafficking, abuse and slavery. It’s the tip of the iceberg and it’s understandable most will not want to watch it. “Trailer

This film is horror, real life horror. It’s a horror that needs to be seen, and acknowledged.

Watching “Sound of Freedom” or digging deep in the world of child enslavement is critical to being apart of the solution that brings its end.

Until all children are free, mankind is toiling in the same dirt that dishonors and disregards the most cherished part of us.

The Children (all children) must not only be free, but honored for the light which they are. They are the brightest light(s) in our world today and not a single child should be allowed to suffer. To allow this, goes against all religious doctrines, morality and Universal Law.

To stand up for and beside our most innocent selves, the children. It may be the most important and meaningful action you’ll every take.

Social Distancing – How Are You Coping?

It’s been a fantastically odd time, disruptive and yet we’ve all had a chance to step inside “our” house and check the foundation, timbers, walls and roof. Something even the most seasoned spiritual individuals will have difficulty with.

Once we stop “doing” and simply become still, uncomfortable feelings may bubble to the surface demanding out attention.

Why We Meditate

We meditate to go from the level of problems to the level of solutions. Will meditation solve all problems? No, but meditation allows us to see problems through a much different lens. If we are then able to step forward with a different framing of our situation, a new and more clearly defined reality will be seen.

Meditation is the path to consciousness and being conscious is like having won the lottery. The only difference being, all sensation of this glorious state continue well beyond any material success.
